Includes Trust Disposition and deed of Settlement by James Henderson, inventory of writs of subjects on the south side of the Back Row of Falkirk sold by the Trustees of the James Henderson of Rosebank Trust and inventory of title deeds for the following subjects in the Barony of Callendar belonging to the Trustees: houses and yards called the Ladys Inns, two acres of land on the north side of the burgh of Falkirk, tenement of houses on the north side of the High St, half an acre of land lying in the crofts without the west port of Falkirk and an acre of lands in the Randygate.
