Sederunt book of James Wyse Trust. Includes Trust Disposition and Settlement of James Wyse whose estate included an ironmongery business in Falkirk High Street and various properties in the centre of Falkirk, ordaining that his whole estates heritable and moveable to be converted to cash to provide liferent for his sister Agnes Wyse, on her death the liferent to go to his brother William Wyse, baker in Falkirk, following the death of either of these the proceeds of his estate to be divided among his heirs including John Wyse, Commercial Bank, Falkirk, David Wyse, ironmonger. Falkirk and Mary Wyse or Meikle, near London (children of William Wyse); including minutes of meetings of the Trustees, testament testamentar of James Wyse and inventory and valuation of household furniture, also including Disposition by Trustees of James Wyse in favour of David Wyse of property at Swords Wynd and other properties in Falkirk town centre
