Letter to Mrs Davidson of Polmont House by John Paul, dismissed gardener, asking forgiveness, letter by him to Mr Callendar to ask the latter to intercede to Mrs Davidson for him; also includes a letter from Mrs Davidson to James Miller (Cabinet Maker, Falkirk) authorising him to add her name to the list of members of the Association for the Promotion of the Fine Arts in Scotland.
