Description
Papers relating to court of session case raised by William Miller against his Trust-disponees, Andrew Walker and Andrew Miller, to whom he conveyed his right to a shop and dwelling house in Falkirk in order to sell as much of his stock-in-trade and household furniture as was needed to pay off his debts; and who, he claimed, made more money than was needed to pay off the debts, failed to give it to him and to re-convey these premises to him, but rather, evicted him from the property and sold his right to it. Includes Summons of Reduction and Summons of Reduction, Declarator, Count and Reckoning , Payment and Damages etc.
