Description
Green and purple woollen evening dress. The dress top which is green looks like a blouse. It has long sleeves ending in a blouse cuff each with one button. It has a tie type collar which would be folded like a scarf. There are four buttons down the centre front and two bust darts. The blouse is pleated onto a waistband of the same colour. there is a zip from the underarm to the hip on the left side. The skirt which is purple with a broad purple and black stripe is gathered to the waistband and falls straight to the floor. It has a makers label which reads Made in Republic of Ireland John Hagarty, Irish Hand-woven Tweed. There is a wool mark and the inscription 'Pure New Wool' and a separate size label reading '16'
