Description
Black velvet hat has a broad band which sits over the head. It is made of diagonally pleated velvet with a velvet facing at either side which is wired inside and lined with black synthetic fabric. The second band is narrower and fits under the head and is the same constriction. It has a label JACOLL REGD, HAT. The hat was worn with 1996-052-120-001 and 002.
