Description
Black silk satin evening dress with brocade detailed sleeves. The dress has a square neckline. The bodice front is constructed of several differently shaped panels stitched on top of each other. The back bodice is plain. The dress has a broad waistband with the skirt stitched onto it. The skirt is slightly flared and has a pleated detail at the hem. The sleeves are long, straight and set in. There is a zig zag brocade detail on the upper sleeve. it consist of three pieces of brocade, the middle piece is straight and is set in. The pieces either side are stitched on. The sleeves have a cuff at the wrist fastened with two press studs. The dress is lined in cream synthetic fabric. Home made.
