Description
White cotton nightgown, with a round neckline and a pointed collar which is veined and trimmed with lace. It opens down the c/f from neck to waist with four buttons and buttons holes ( two buttons are missing). The button stand is of lace and the c/f bodice panel has five pin holes down the length of the button stand. The gown front and back panels are gathered onto a shoulder yoke. The night gown is wide and full length. The sleeves are long, set in and gathered at the cuff which has three pin tucks and is trimmed with lace. Possibly hand made.
