Description
White cotton lawn petticoat. The petticoat has a broad waistband which has been turned over and stitched by hand to shorten the front length. It fastens at the c/b with three hook and eyes. The petticoat is cut from one piece of cotton, there are no side seams. It is gathered at the waistband and is wide and full length. It is decorated with white floral embroidered cut work. There is lace at the c/f and sides. The hem is worked with decorative veining.
