Description
White cotton petticoat. The petticoat has a broad shaped waistband with opens on the left side seam from waist to hip and fastens with three buttons and buttonholes. The six gored skirt is stitched to the waistband and flared. There is a white cotton floral embroidery near the hem and the hem edge is scalloped and embroidered with white cotton thread.
