The shop sign reads 'Thomas Fleming, Cash Grocer, Provision Merchant'. The shop window advertises Heinz baked beans, Gray Dunn & Co biscuits and Johnnie Walker whisky. Thomas Fleming senior opened his shop in the 1920s. It was later enlarged and joined the Spar group of shops.
