Description
1 large body sherd of form 37, CG. This particular bowl has a shallow zone of decoration, with panels separated by (alternate ?) beaded and astragalus borders. Alternate panels have a band of trifid motifs (Rogers G154) at the bottom of the decoration. Three panels (one, or perhaps all, with the band of trifid motifs, below) have a stag (D 869 variant) and the same motif impressed randomly in the background. Two other panels have spirals, perhaps impressed or inscribed in the mould at random.
