Description
Medium sized cast iron laundry stove of the traditional type consisting of an oblong box on four curving legs with a cylindrical flue set back on the top. There is a hinged door on the front with a broken hollow spherical copper alloy handle. A similar handle is found on the ashpan below. On the top surface is moulded the inscription "CARRON/ 0".
