Glass paperweight with "CENTRAL REGIONAL COUNCIL/ SERVING THE HEART OF SCOTLAND" engraved into the top around the CRC coat-of-arms. The weight is circular with a slight bevel on the upper surface. It is contained in a red cardboard box with scarlet silk lining.
