wire closer/cutter

Description
Three pincer like tools for turning and closing wire over a frame.
These were used to finish the ends of wire strands on baskets, sieves, etc. until the closure of the Bank Street works of James Murphy (Falkirk) Ltd in the 1990s.
Two (2 and 3) have angled noses.
