Description
A man in boiler suit works at a bench. Two others work on an engine and others work on a Tilling Stevens Petrol Electric bus, MS4558. In the foreground are tram bogey parts.
Alexander Album "Inside the Scottish general workshops at Larbert. The bus is Tilling Stevens no 58 (MS4558) Also visible are many items related to the Falkirk tramway system, as the trams shared the same premises (NB Traction)".

The bus was registered in late 1923 or early 1924. The depot was used by the Scottish General Omnibus Company which was a subsidiary of Falkirk and District Tramway Company, itself owned from 1920 by Fife Tramway, Light and Power Company.
