Description
Penny Newcastle-under- Lyme cotton works trade token. On the obverse is shows a bale of cotton within a laurel wreath (no longer visible) and an inscription in a circle around it. The reverse had an inscription.
These were issued by The Cotton Works, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire.
