 Description
Halfpenny trade token. On the obverse is an image of a church. It is actually a cathedral that stands above the South Esk and dates from the 13th century. On the reverse is a mill with a waterwheel on its left side.

Smith & Wilson were flax spinners associated with the East Mill.
