Description
Complete clay tobacco pipe bowl with a portcullis type stamp on the heel and milling on part of the bowl below the rim. The sides show polish facets. 1650-1690.
Attributed to the maker William Banks of Edinburgh (Gallagher 1988, Lawson 1976).
