Description
White cloth armband with two small elastic straps and the words "EMERGENCY/RELIEF/ORGANISATION" printed in black. There are three creases across the width of band.
ERO - Emergency Relief Organisation. This was the name for most of the post-raid services including rest centres and air raid welfare in Scotland. From December 1940 the various post-raid organisations were brought under the ERO banner and badges issued.
