Description
Papers recording progress of Bo'ness Water Supply Provisional Order through Parliament and petition by Lochcote Estate against Order, with agreement between estate and commissioners, correspondence , rainfall chart (1849-1894) and other papers. Also volume has coloured postcard from Wallensee showing seven dwarves wearing judges wigs, with note by Lochcote's solicitor, W H Henderson, that postcard had been shown to the Parliamentary Committee "much to their amusement"
