Letter from the Denny & Dunipace Town Clerk to John C Brodie & Sons relating to the pollution of the River Carron near the Bridge of Denny. In particular it disputes whether Denny Town Council has any responsibility for helping to clear up refuse which has been dumped into the river, on the grounds that it is not being dumped by the Burgh.
