Lease document dated 1907 for Comely Bank, Broad Street, Denny, under which Mrs Mary McLaren Oliphant or Mackellar leased the building to the Burgh of Denny & Dunipace in their capacity as Gas Commissioners. Also a second lease document, dated 1912. The building was used as the Gas Manager's House.
