Description
Engine assembly trolley used by Walter Alexander & Sons Ltd at Brown Street, Camelon. Bus engines were routinely dismantled and cleaned there and then re-assemble on trolleys like these. The tilting ability of the trolley made it easier to access the various parts of the engine. The engine could be revolved on the trolley. Painted red.
