View of a single-engine bi-plane. The man in the centre with the stick is the pilot, Willie Bow of Airth. To his left is Geordie Morgan and Sandy Parrie. Annotated on reverse "First aeroplane to land near Airth. Photo taken at Airth Mill Bridge, 1914 and shows William Bo acting as Pilot, Geordie Morgan on his left and next the famous Sandy Parry shut in a press by his mother to escape the press gang"
