Instrument of Sasine by Janet Gardner and her husband Thomas Clelland, residenter in Bo’ness in favour of James Coke, Bo’ness in respect of houses and yard lying in the West end of the Burgh of Bo'ness, bounded to the west by houses of James Mitchell, Maltman, to the south by the well belonging to James Mitchell, to the west by the houses of Thomas Downie and James Cai[?], and to the north by void ground and the sea
