this was my grandmother's house (Agnes Arnott) where she lived until she died in 1968. The bus terminus was across the road and the drivers and 'conductresses' as they were then, had their tea break in my grand mother's. .a real treat as they would bring cake with them. My grandfather was the gardener at Randolf House, Wallace who owned paper mill ( now the hospice)...I think the cottage was tied to them
