Also includes Report on the Proposed Range written by D Darroch, Capt. and Adj. 4 V.B.A & S.H. describing the range and its location and stating that it meets War Dept. requirements in terms of Scottish Command Orders 60/07; and covering letter, Wilson and Tait, to Grangemouth Town Clerk stating that the Secretary of the Rifle Club is seeking information from the rifle manufacturers concerning the range and velocity of bullets.
