Description
1816. 3 window pattern lower windows have curved lintels. Central doorway with simple moulding. Ridge roof, plain skew with end stacks Random stone. Moulded eaves course to front with dwarf parapet over central section.

Built in 1816 for the minister of Bothkennar Church. Sold by the Church of Scotland c1990.
In 1999 the outhouses to the north were incorporated into a new extension designed by Adam Toleman. It has a flat roof.
