Sites and Monument Record: Dalnair Temporary Camp (SMR 319)
Description
Between Dalnair farmhouse and Cheapside cottages, 0.8 km SW of Seabegs Place and 64 m S of Antonine wall. No visible remains on the ground. Aerial photographs by St. Joseph show the NW side of the camp, including an entrance with a "titulus", the N and W rounded angles, and stretches of the SW and NE sides. Size: 122 m wide. Length uncertain because SE side does not appear on photographs.
