Dated 1891. 2-storeys, 4-bays. Ashlar with p[olished dressings. Pilastered shop front with cornice and fascia. 4 1st floor windows with architraves lugged at top and bottom. Eaves cornice, central shouldered wallhead, corniced stack. Slate roof.
