Description
Art Nouveau details. 2-storey, 5 unequal bays to Union St, curved angle bay and 1 return bay. Squared rubble with ashlar dressings. 2 entrance bays on N elevation, divided by triple lights to each floor, set in recessed curved bays; additional service door at right. Main entrance left-centre bay with full height flanking piers rising through eaves; door recessed under swept hood, 3-light fanlight above and semi-circular hood-mould. 2 lights above and raised castellated parapet. Similar piers at angles and curved corner bay, the latter with 3-light windows in each floor and battlemented parapet. Some interior fittings remain in ground floor-left office.
