Description
Late Victorian renaissance, red ashlar, 4-window straight main frontage, bipartite window on curved eastern angle; cornice and blocking course, slated. Ground floor shops.
It was the site of the Livingstone of Westquarter's Lodging House, the grounds of which may have given rise to the name of "Pleasance" for this part of Falkirk.
