Sites and Monument Record: Dunmore Harbour (SMR 738)
Description
The harbour lies at the N end of the present village of Dunmore. A single stone pier juts out into the pow. Like the village it dates to the mid-nineteenth century, but replaces an earlier arrangement. The port was previously known as Elphinstone Pans.
