Description
This is one of two similar early 19th century stone buildings on Booth Place that show the nature of the early expansion of the town centre into a garden suburb. They are both single-storey with dormer windows. ashlar fronted, 2-window and pilastered centre door, architraved windows in slightly advanced planes, pilastered ends, plain parapet, 2-storey addition at back.
