Description
Two storey building with eight pilasters on the ground floor. The roof is slated and now contains a single dormer with a curved slated cap. Plain skew terminating at a low solid parapet. A raised block occupies the central section of this, and is inscribed cbbCCCXII for 1807? The three upper floor windows have backset margins and are place symmetrically to the roof, but the wall and moulded eaves course continue into the adjacent property to the east. A similarly moulded string course caps an entablature sitting on the pilaster capitals. There are two doorways and three windows on the ground floor which is arranged as from west to east as follows: pilaster, small gap, pilaster, doorway, pilaster, window, pilaster, doorway, pilaster, window, pilaster, very small gap, pilaster. The two easternmost pilasters front the adjacent building. cf the post office in the High St, Slamannan.
