The window display includes tins of Crawford's biscuits (an Edinburgh baker), bottles of loose biscuits and cherry or currant cake. Stevenson, Jenny (2 from R); Stevenson, James (2 from L) The Stevensons were one of more than six local family bakers in Bo'ness at the time. Although there were some multiple stores such as the Co-op and Lipton's, most shops were independent and local.
