 Description
Miniature photo print of Charter of Alexander, Earl of Callendar to the Hammermen Burgesses of the Burgh of Falkirk, granting them various rights including the right to fine those from outwith the burgh selling iron or pewter works on fair or market days and the right to fine those selling 'insufficient' iron or pewter on fair or market days. Also giving the Deacon rights and oversight over his fellow Hammermen.
