Falkirk Town Council Cleansing Dept horse and cart. Signs on the cart read 'Let old rags make new clothes', 'The war against waste is not yet won' and 'Save your bacon with kitchen waste'. The horse is being held by a smartly dressed lady outside Brockville House, Hope St.
