When Brian McNeill told the headmaster of Bandawe Girls Secondary School, Benford Mwakayuni, that he would love to find any examples of the Falkirk pot, Benford put out feelers and very quickly came up with this pot. Although long defunct as a cooking pot, it is nevertheless a prized plant pot at a local lodge (hotel).
