Description
Two clinker built rowing boats are lying in the sand/mud on a wide expanse of beach at low tide. A group of boys and a man are looking into the bilges of one of the boats. A sewer pipe runs down the beach. On the shore stands a three storey tenement, a warehouse and two-storey villa.
