Description
Part of repair kit pouch. Bicycle repair kit made by Dunlop in a red metal box with black writing. Contains box with Dunlop dusting chalk, a bolt, some bit of metal including a ball bearing and what looks like a key for canned goods. There is also a packed with some valve tubing - printed on the front is "JOHN BULL VALVE TUBING FINEST BRITISH MAKE". There is also a packet of sticky patches again of John Bull brand.

2.SPREAD A THIN SMEAR OF SOLUTION ON TUBE AND ALLOW TO BECOME TACKY.
3. REMOVE LINEN FROM PATCH AND PRESS PATCH FIRMLY ON TUBE.
4. GRATE TALC AROUND REPAIR TO PREVENT ADHESION TO COVER". Also on front is very small writing is "MADE IN ENGLAND"
On packet of valve tubing is "JOHN BULL VALVE TUBING FINEST BRITISH MAKE".
On box is "DUNLOP DUTING CHALK"
On packet of sticky patches is "TWO PIECES OF VALVE TUBING AND SEVEN ASSORTED / JOHN BULL STICKY CYCLE PATCHES/ CENTRE ILLUSTRATION SHOWS SURFACE PROTECTOR PARTLY REMOVED TRADE MARK JOHN BULL RUBBER CO LTD., LEICESTER, ENGLAND" On the back is "MADE FOR THE MAN WHO WILL HAVE THE BEST / DIRECTIONS Clean inner Tube around puncture and apply two coasts of solution. When tacky - take a John Bull 'Sticky Patch' remove its surface pre-server and apply to the tube."
