Dark red sash with silver braiding and silver medal on end. On the sash is "LOAS" (Loyal Order of Ancient Shepherds) over a bird in front of a stylised sun. Below this is a beehive with two shepherd's crooks crossed behind it. Below again is the LOAS coat of arms and below that a lamb with "CHRISTUS NOSTER PASTOR". On the other side is a floral motif with "PPCS" (which stands for Past Principal Chief Shepherd). On the medal is a shepherd with a lamb.
