Frontal view of a single-deck tramcar, with driver at controls. The panel gives Camelon as its destination and around it is an advert for 'Abdine'. The trolley connecting with the overhead wires can be seen and at the front the cowcatcher grill to prevent anything or anyone falling under the wheels. Album caption reads: "The new 1929 Falkirk & District Traction Tramcar. Driver A. Newlands."

This Pullman was one of ten introduced in 1929-30. They replaced the open-top double-deck original stock and were completely enclosed with electric heating and seating for 30 in red moquette upholstered (rather than wooden) seats. They were very popular with passengers.
