Description
Wooden Slazenger "Demon" racket with a wooden Dunlop press. The racket is wooden and painted white from half way down the head to the handle. The grip is burgundy with a red finish on the head end. There are some burgundy and black thin lines on the handle and head. Slazenger is printed in red outlined with gold on a black panel on the head. There is also various other things printed including a stamp for a local sports centre "Kirkson's" of 16 Kerse Lane, Falkirk.
The press is plain wood with a metal handle to tighten it on the racket head.
The demon model was made from the 1880s to the 1960s.
