Several hundred children grouped for the camera in front of the cinema. Billboards advertise the film 'Driven'. Annotated on reverse "The opening of the La Scala picture house, Grangemouth. every child received a copy of this group in front of the cinema on payment of one penny. The proprietor was Mr Faulkner who came from Bo'ness. Up until this cinema was opened he owned the Gaff, a converted church just off Dundas St"
