 Description
Two fire engines are drawn up, one with an extending ladder. The other has the registration MS 2147. Both have solid rubber tyres and starting handles. The men are wearing brass helmets.

The fire engine on the left was purchased by Falkirk Town Council in June 1919. It replaced the first motorised engine which was bought second hand from Glasgow.
