Description
Annotated on reverse "Bo'ness Potteries north site clay pipes - right hand one filled with clay (see close-up shot). These pipes overlay pottery waste and assuming they related to the potteries as the right had one is filled with clay, they probably date from the Marshall period. The right hand pipe internal diameter 16" may have been drainage."
