Description
View of a pug engine with driver and shunters. The engine plate tells us it was built by the Avonside Engine Co Ltd of Bristol in 1920 and the livery reads 'Falkirk No 6 Callendar Colliery'. The shunters are holding tools, perhaps for catching the chains which linked wagons together.
