The Bo'ness Children's Fair, which takes place on the last Friday in June each year, still involves the crowning of a queen, ladies in waiting, flower girls and the decoration of floats. The houses of the children involved are decorated with elaborate floral arches by families and friends. Prizes are awarded for the best.
